Scheduling Your In-Home Massage

If you are interested in scheduling an in-home treatment session, please text (914)-260-3168 or email carlycavaliere.lmt@gmail.com. Please provide your name, location, type of treatment you are interested in and desired date(s) and time frame. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

Once we have scheduled your session, you will receive a confirmation text and email. This email will provide a link to your client intake, massage guidelines & expectations, policies and consent & liability release forms. Please take the time to review, fill out & sign these forms prior to your session.

Preparation for Your In-Home Massage

I will plan with you to arrive to your home prior to your scheduled massage time to allow for table set-up, preparation and a thorough verbal intake. For initial sessions, I will arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. For subsequent sessions, I will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. This will allow for a relaxed, comfortable session that is tailored to your needs.

Please have an idea of what area of your house you would like to use for the session. Your massage treatment will require an area no smaller than 10’ x 10’. Ability to close doors and window shades in the space for sound and light purposes is a plus. If the weather is particularly beautiful, I am happy to work with you to find a shaded outdoor space we can use!

Payment of Services

Cash is very much preferred otherwise payment may be made via venmo @carlycavaliere-lmt or zelle at the end of treatment session. Gratuity is not required, however, always very much appreciated!

Cancellation & No Show Policy and Fees

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me via email or text message at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100%. Clients who are not home for their scheduled appointment without giving any prior notification are subject to a no show fee of 100%. In the case of an emergency, please call to avoid being charged.
